The ride costs $25 per rider. No advance tickets will be sold. Cash or checks made payable to the Hendrick Foundation for Children are the only forms of payment accepted.

Activities will include:
- Live performance by county music star Blake Wise from 2:00 until 4:00
- Every rider will be entered to win a Suzuki boulevard c-90 1500cc motorcycle courtesy of Suzuki
- Special appearance by Rick Hendrick
- Ricky Hendrick's late model and NASCAR craftsman truck in victory lane for photo opportunities
- Show cars from Hendrick motor sports including a car of tomorrow
Richard Petty Driving Experience will be on hand selling 3 lap rides around the track with a portion of the cost going to the Hendrick Foundation for Children. Macs Speedshop will be on hand providing food for all riders and guest. There will be display booths from many of the sponsors along with souvenir trailers to purchase merchandise from Hendrick Motorsports and the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Also see the tribute trailer built in memory of Ricky.
